Dr. Deepu Jose is a Consultant Gastroenterologist, Physician, and Endoscopist with specialist training in Gastroenterology and a strong foundation in Internal Medicine. He is experienced in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of gastrointestinal and liver disorders, including acute and chronic liver diseases, portal hypertension, gastrointestinal bleeding, pancreaticobiliary disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, and common luminal gastrointestinal conditions. Dr. Deepu Jose currently serves as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Upasana Hospital, Kollam, and also provides services as a Visiting Consultant Gastroenterologist at LMS Hospital, Revive Hospital, Karunagappally, and Chavara. He previously worked as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Meditrina Hospital, Kollam, for approximately seven months in 2026. His professional experience also includes Senior Residency in General Medicine at MOSC Medical College, Kolencherry, from June 2021 to December 2022. Dr. Deepu Jose completed his DrNB in Gastroenterology through the National Board of Examinations from January 2023 to January 2026, following his MD in Internal Medicine from K.S. Hegde Medical Academy, Mangalore, completed in May 2021. He completed his MBBS from Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, under KUHS, from 2010 to 2016.
