Dr. George Jose is a distinguished Paediatrician and Neonatologist with more than a decade of experience in neonatal and pediatric care. Specializing in Neonatology, Dr. George Jose is adept at handling various neonatal and pediatric issues, with a keen focus on Neonatal Transport, Ventilation, Infection Control, Pediatric Developmental Neurology, and follow-up care. He is also proficient in training fellow medical professionals in Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) procedures. Dr. George Jose has an impressive educational background, having completed his Fellowship in Neonatology from Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Thiruvananthapuram. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Pediatrics from Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore, and his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from JJM Medical College, Davangere. In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. George Jose has made significant contributions to the academic and research fields. He has delivered lectures at numerous national and state-level medical conferences and authored a research article on very low birth weight (VLBW) babies, which was accepted by the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP). Before joining the Centre of Excellence in Child Health and Adolescent Medicine at Cochin, Dr. George Jose managed a Level 3 Neonatal Unit at SH Medical Centre, Kottayam.
