Dr. Shamsudheen KP is a highly trained General Surgeon with comprehensive experience across general surgery, laparoscopic procedures, critical care, and multidisciplinary clinical settings. Based in Mananthavady, Wayanad, Kerala, India, he is known for delivering patient-focused, ethical, and evidence-based surgical care. Dr. Shamsudheen KP completed his MBBS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, one of India’s premier medical institutions, where he also undertook his one-year compulsory rotating internship. He has served as Junior Resident in Radiotherapy and Blood Bank services at AIIMS, New Delhi, followed by residency training in Orthopaedics at Kannur Medical College, Kerala, and Anaesthesiology at KMCT Medical College, Kozhikode. He has also gained hands-on experience in Critical Care Medicine at Moulana Hospital, Perinthalmanna, strengthening his expertise in peri-operative and emergency patient management. Additionally, he has experience in general medical practice, further enhancing his holistic approach to patient care. Currently, Dr. Shamsudheen KP is practicing at St. Joseph’s Mission Hospital, Wayanad, where he continues to provide comprehensive general surgical services.
