An online nephrology clinic catering to all patients with renal diseases I have completed my MD in internal medicine  from Government medical college, Kottayam and my DrNB in Nephrology from KIMS Health, Thiruvananthapuram. I have had the privilege of having trained at a resource limited setting as well at a premier corporate hospital, and therefore I profess the ability to impart cost-effective care and at the same time, I am updated with latest practice guidelines with exposure to recent advances in medicine. I have been adequately trained in the theoretical and practical aspects of renal medicine, dialysis and renal transplantation, plasma exchange therapy, continuous renal replacement therapies, critical analysis of journals, nephro-pathology. I also have proficiency in performing procedures such as percutaneous renal biopsy and insertion of venous hemodialysis catheters. During my training in internal medicine, I have also acquired the necessary knowledge required to perform abdominal paracentesis, lumbar puncture, thoracocentesis, bone marrow aspiration and trephine biopsy, and central venous catheter insertion.
