Dr. Sruthi S is a dedicated Obstetrician and Gynecologist with experience in managing a wide range of obstetric and gynecological conditions. She completed her MBBS from Dr. SMCSI Medical College, Karakonam, under KUHS, and her MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Kanyakumari Government Medical College, Asaripallam. She subsequently completed her DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the National Board of Examinations. During her postgraduate training, Dr. Sruthi S gained extensive hands-on experience in normal and high-risk pregnancies, emergency and elective procedures, Caesarean sections, diagnostic hysteroscopy, and operative gynecology. She was involved in 500+ deliveries and Caesarean sections during her residency and performed procedures including Total Abdominal Hysterectomy (TAH) and Vaginal Hysterectomy (VH). She has also assisted in various laparoscopic procedures in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr. Sruthi S further strengthened her clinical experience during her tenure as an Assistant Surgeon and Consultant Gynecologist at Shengottai Government Hospital, Tamil Nadu, where she worked as a single consultant and independently managed obstetric and gynecological cases, including deliveries, family planning procedures, and minor and major operative procedures. She also worked as a Senior Resident at Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences (SNIMS), Chalakka. She is trained in LAQSHYA and NQAS, with National Level Certification obtained in May 2023, reflecting her understanding of quality and safety standards in maternity and healthcare services.
